At ModeVibe, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale.

  • Used, damaged, washed, or altered items.

  • Gift cards (if applicable).

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
